At Bootloo, we are committed to delivering your footwear quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries.
1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days
- (Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.)
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply on smaller orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional service charge.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- You can track your order status on our website/app or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.
5. Delays in Delivery
- Bootloo is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters.
- However, our customer support team will assist you if your order is significantly delayed.
6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping charges may apply.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, Bootloo delivers only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
