At Bootloo, we are committed to delivering your footwear quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Order Processing

  1. All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  2. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Timeline

  1. Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  2. Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  3. Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days
  4. (Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.)

3. Shipping Charges

  1. Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  2. A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply on smaller orders.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional service charge.

4. Tracking Your Order

  1. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
  2. You can track your order status on our website/app or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Delays in Delivery

  1. Bootloo is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters.
  2. However, our customer support team will assist you if your order is significantly delayed.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  1. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping charges may apply.

7. International Shipping

  1. Currently, Bootloo delivers only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
