1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products showing signs of wear & tear, damage, or missing accessories are not eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product.
- After approval, the refund will be initiated within 7โ10 working days to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide bank account details or UPI ID for processing the refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, or products purchased during special clearance sales are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product delivered was defective or wrong.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product (for size or style), you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
- Exchange requests will be fulfilled based on product availability.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; however, you may apply for a return/refund after receiving the product.
